Turova is built privacy-first. The system is designed so that detection and decision-making happen on the device inside your vehicle. Your video and sensor data do not need to leave your rig for the product to work.

This page explains, in plain language, what we collect when you interact with us and what stays entirely on your hardware.

Camera footage, LiDAR point clouds and detection events are stored locally on your Turova device by default. We do not have access to this data unless you explicitly enable optional cloud backup.

If you enable cloud backup, footage is encrypted in transit and at rest, and only you can access it through your account.

When you contact us, join the newsletter, or place a pre-order, we collect the details you provide — such as your name and email — solely to respond and fulfill your request.

Our website uses minimal analytics to understand aggregate traffic. We do not sell personal information.

To reply to your inquiries, process orders, send updates you've asked for, and improve our products and website.

We retain contact information only as long as needed for these purposes or as required by law.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing us.
